Description:
This is my first attempt to weave with my handspun yarns. The red is Old red barn, the darker is Shirley Mae. I used a grape colored rayon boucle for the warp. My reed is 10 dent and I put the warp thru every other dent. 100 lengths, with a 5 dent spacing, 150 yards, lightly beat, wove up to at least 60 inches of length. These are soft and very drape able. I can easily wear them over my shoulders secured with a pin.
